Terms of Service
Standard terms and conditions for product sales, OEM/ODM cooperation, and custom engineering services with Shenzhen Shengda Communication Equipment Co., Ltd.
01. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all sales of goods, including but not limited to Base Station Antennas, 4G/5G/LTE Antennas, GNSS/GPS Antennas, and RF components, as well as OEM/ODM services provided by Shenzhen Shengda Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. ("Seller") to the purchasing party ("Buyer").

02. Order, Payment & Delivery
MOQ Policy
We understand the need for project evaluation. While standard MOQ applies to mass production, we support Small MOQ for pilot runs, testing, and sample orders to assist our partners in market validation.
Lead Time
Samples: Typically 3-7 working days.
Mass Production: 2-4 weeks pending order volume.
We commit to fast delivery schedules to keep your projects on track.
Payment Terms
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payments shall be made via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). A deposit is generally required for production initiation, with the balance due prior to shipment (EXW Shenzhen).
03. Customization & Engineering
Leveraging our 16 years of experience and RF design capabilities, we offer extensive customization for frequencies (30 MHz - 6 GHz), connectors, cables, and radome materials.
Sample & NRE Fees
Sample making fees or NRE (Non-Recurring Engineering) costs may apply for custom designs. These fees are refundable once total order volume reaches the agreed target quantity.
Mold Ownership
Molds fully paid for by the Buyer remain the exclusive property of the Buyer. Shengda guarantees not to use these molds for other customers without written permission.
04. Quality Assurance & After-sales
Our manufacturing process follows ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards. We utilize Automatic Far-Field Test Systems to ensure signal precision.
- ✓ Inspection: We support pre-shipment inspection by the Buyer or third-party agencies.
- ✓ Warranty Period: Standard 12-month warranty from the date of shipment for manufacturing defects.
Note: Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or force majeure events.
05. Liability & Dispute Resolution
Breach of Contract: If either party fails to perform its obligations, the defaulting party shall be liable for the direct losses incurred by the other party.
Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, government acts).
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from cooperation shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen, China for litigation.
